At NextMove, we come in and help you reach your financial goals as a business. We examine your revenue, profit, and cash flow drivers to help you understand your business financially and to formulate a plan to achieve success as you define it. Each month we meet with you and follow the "one clear path" to help you reach your business and personal goals.

The Process
It all starts with a conversation over coffee, tea, or a meal to understand

Next, I prepare a Financial Assessment, and we meet to discuss. Don’t worry we will NOT spend hours reviewing numbers and spreadsheets.
This all happens before any engagement letter is signed.
Once the engagement begins, there are 3 types of meetings:

Kickoff Meeting (approx. 1 hour) – Review your definition of success and your goals, review the financials, and set targets for key areas and cash flow drivers.

Monthly Meeting (approx. 1 hour) – Discuss the changes over the last month (on-track or off track to success), update the targets if necessary, and establish the objectives so you have clearly defined next steps for you and your team.

Annual Meeting (approx.. 1 hour) – Let’s start the new year off right. Has anything changed in the business? Does success look different to you this year? What are your annual goals and/or updates to long-term goals? What new targets do you want to set for the year?
